Return Process
- 1.Initiate an RMA Request
Contact our technical support team via the portal to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.
- 2.Secure Original Packaging
Carefully pack your PC in its original internal foam molding and double-box configuration to prevent transit damage to high-end components.
- 3.Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at an authorized carrier location, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible on the exterior.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware integrity and original configuration, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
